Professor Crawly's final lesson in this
series of 15 lessons is dedicated to Pope Paul the Praying Mantis,
a lesson in Being Grateful.
There are so many
people in this world who, because of circumstances beyond their
control, are without shelter, without food, and without a family.
Those of us who do not fall into that hardship, need to be grateful
for the life we have and help support the ones who are not as
fortunate. It could happen to any of us at any give moment! Do not
be ungrateful or spoiled because of the abundance of a good life.
Be thankful and grateful for how you live right now. Be joyful in
helping those who are suffering.
Realize that we live in a world
where there is much inequity throughout the globe. Educate your
preschoolers to see and understand that all the children in our
world are not as fortunate as they might be.
